| Domain Names are the URL of your website. For example, the domain name of this site is "www.TotalCareWebsites.com". When you sign up for service, you'll tell us if you need a new domain name or if you already have one setup. If you need a new one, we'll ask you for a list of preferred names and we'll register it for you on your behalf. If you already have one setup, we'll work with you to get it transferred to our Registrar so we can manage it properly. |

| We build your website for you from the ground up. You'll pick one of our skins to set the general direction of the look and feel of the site. If you don't have a preference, we'll pick one for you. Skins can always be changed whenever you like. We'll interview you to find out what type of pages you'd like on the site, such as "About Us", "Directions", "Services", etc. We'll ask you to write up the basic content for each page and we'll get everything online for you. |

| Part of our hosting services is to proactively manage our servers and systems. We ensure the servers are completely up to date with the latest security updates and that they are running well. |

| When you need to update the content on your website, we'll do it for you. There's no need for you to know anything about computers or how our content management systems work. Simply call us on the Total Care Websites Hotline, send us an email, or submit a ticket from the Support page. There are never additional charges for making updates to your website. |
