We say "Unlimited" a lot:
- Unlimited Bandwidth
- Unlimited Storage Space
- Unlimited Pages
- Unlimited Email
- Unlimited Updates

It's important to set expectations of this term. "Unlimited" means simply this: unlimited, within reason. Total Care Websites has been specifically designed to cater to the online needs of small businesses. We have a lot of experience with the technical needs of small businesses, and we are very confident that we can keep things simple and use the term "unlimited" for most of our customers.
Let's illustrate a few examples.
Unlimited, within reason, means that Betty's Arts and Crafts might start off with 5 email accounts. As she grows and needs to hire 10 more employees, we're not going to charge her a penny extra for those new email addresses. It also means that we can't host the next version of Gmail or Hotmail with the Total Care Website Service.
Unlimited, within reason, means that Amy's Pet Supplies might have 20 employees and Amy decides to start uploading personnel documents to our server for secured, offsite storage. It means she can upload as many documents as she wants and we're not going to charge her a penny extra for the increased storage. It also means that the Federal Reserve can't use the Total Care Website Service as their next offsite data repository.
We believe strongly in keeping things simple with the Total Care Websites service. We also believe strongly in providing excellent customer service. If we ever see usage patterns that are starting to breach the borders of "within reason" for our service, we'll happily explore some other alternatives with you. In addition to our experience with small business, we have in-depth technical experience with large enterprise and Fortune 500 companies. We're here to help ensure your success every step of the way and will do everything within our power to help you achieve it. |
