One of the best values of the Total Care Websites services is the unparalleled customer service. Call us any time you would like your content updated or you'd like some minor design changes. Call us anytime you need to add an email address to your account for a new employee or you need to add someone to a distribution list. Perhaps someone left the company and you'd like to point there account to your email address for transition? Just let us know; everything is included. We'll have your changes made within one business day.
In the unlikely event of a service failure and your site goes down, we'll know about it within 5 minutes of a problem occurring and we'll be working diligently to restore service.
What isn't included in the Total Care Websites subscriptions is client technical support, although we'd very much love the opportunity to provide those services to you! After all, we are enterprise class Microsoft consultants and are experts in our field.
We've determined the best model for technical support for small businesses is to charge on a small fee on an incident-by-incident basis, rather than on our hourly basis. This applies to most incidents which can be resolved for you remotely. There are two exceptions to this. First, if you need us to come onsite, we generally bill by the hour. Second, if you need us to do a larger project for you, those rates will vary- some will hourly and some will be fixed cost, depending on the project.
